The Ilyushin Il-2M3, a late-war variant of the legendary "Sturmovik," was the backbone of Soviet ground-attack aviation during WWII. Known by the Red Army as the "Flying Tank" and by German forces as "Black Death," it remains the most produced military aircraft in history, with over 36,000 units built.
